1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

All HakunaTV subscription plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days from the purchase date.


2. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 calendar days of your original purchase.

  • You must provide your order number, email address used at purchase, and a brief reason for the refund.

  • Refunds will not be granted to accounts suspended for violating our Terms and Conditions (e.g., misuse, fraud, or unauthorized resale).

  • Only the subscription fee is refundable. Payment gateway fees or bank charges are subject to their respective policies.


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@hakunatv.com with the subject: “Refund Request”.

  2. Include your order number, email address, and reason for the request.

  3. Our support team will confirm receipt within 24 hours and respond accordingly.


4. Processing Time and Method

Once approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method (e.g., card, PayPal, Wise). Refunds are typically completed within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your payment provider.


5. Cancellation After Guarantee Period

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. However, payments made after the 30-day period are non-refundable. Your service will remain active until the end of the paid term.


6. Exceptions

  • Technical issues caused by the user’s device or internet connection do not qualify for refunds after the guarantee period.

  • Payments made to unauthorized resellers are not covered by this policy.
